Also, let's make sure that your device location permission is set to Always. You also need to enable Motion and Fitness permission. If this is permissions are already enabled and your trips still not syncing in QBO, you can manually add and track them in the system. Just proceed to Step 3 of this article: Automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Online.

If you've already done it, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to fix this. After uninstalling, you can download it again here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/mobile-apps/.
Alternatively, you can manually add your trips in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
In a web browser, log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
Go to the Mileagemenu.
Click Add Trip.
Add the trip date, starting and ending locations, distance, and the purpose.
