Why is quickbooks costing me £30 pm but advertised price is £5 pm

Hello Kieron1, thanks for posting on the Community page,  Have you just taken out a new account with us or do you have an existing account with us currently? We can see in the system that you have an active QuickBooks online essentials account package, which you are paying full price for which is just under 30 pounds a month. Is this the account you are referring to or a different account?
