Within "Billing and Subscription", there is no facility to download pdf copies of Quickbooks incoices?

I'm glad to share the steps so you'll be able to download PDF copies of your QuickBooks invoices.

To be able to save invoices as PDF you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click on Sales or Invoicing at the left pane.
3. Select Customers at the top, then select the appropriate customer name.
4. Find the transaction/invoice you want to download to view the transaction.
5. Select Print or Preview.
6. On the upper right of the PDF preview screen, select the Download icon.
7. Browse to your desired location, then select Save.
8. To go back to your transaction, select Close.
