The next button will be unclickable on the final step if QuickBooks detects an error in your CSV data, Long.
Let's ensure that the column mapping aligns with QuickBooks fields and that the file meets these requirements to avoid issues during the import process:
Each line item needs its own invoice number, customer, invoice date, due date, item amount, and item tax code.
Each imported spreadsheet can contain up to 1,000 rows.
You can import a maximum of 100 invoices at a time.
You can't add negative charges, such as discounts or adjustment notes.
I have the exact same issue. I have used the downloadable example as a template I have mapped ALL my fields correctly and it still isn't working.
Previously I have been able to import data with no issues whatsoever. Also I have tried using previous files that DID import previously correctly.
If I choose GST I am unable to click the NEXT button. If I choose Out of Scope I can proceed but then the import fails.
I have copied and pasted ALL THE DATA to a brand new excel file saved as an xls for myself and csv for QBs. I can not get past the NEXT button.
I was told this was being worked on and others had reported it but there is nothing on the outages page for Australia which I find really frustrating.
Along with the canned answer reponse which is the same information that is available on your website. I was also told I would be given updates via email on this issue and all I have received is an email about upcoming changes in July.
