can we add any new invoices today, we are having issue related that

Today all our users could not add any new invoices, bills using the +new option, we could not view entered supplier invoices as well, it directly goes to make payment section

This issue typically occurs when there is excessive activity in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I recommend signing out of your account and refreshing your browser to reset the system. Once you've done that, sign back into your QuickBooks account and perform your goal.
