Here's how:

In your QBO mobile app, click Menu.
Select Invoices.
Choose or open the invoice you want to print.
Click the Preview and Share button.
Hit the Share button once again.
Then select Print.

When I click share button the only option is to download. From there I can share to print

It appears that you're using an iOS device. QuickBooks Online (QBO) converts invoices into PDF files for printing. With the updated app, you’ll have to download the invoice to your phone first before printing. After downloading, you can open the PDF and print it using your phone’s printing options, depending on your iOS version. Here's how:

Open the Invoice PDF, click the dropdown located before the Invoice.
Select the Print option.
Tap the share button, then hit Print.
