Expense categories missing

I can help you with the expense categories to show in your Chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Jess. 

To save you time, you can use either of these shortcut keys:

• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift +N

If it works fine from there, switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, you can use other supported browsers as an alternative option.
