Has anyone else had trouble with Receipt Snap not transferring for review in the app

I can scan the receipt and then upload it next. The App says that the photo was uploaded, and it has got it. But it disappears

Here's how:

 

  1. Select Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Proceed to the Search tab to activate the Contact Us button.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Type your concern in box and hit Continue.
  5. You can choose to have our experts call you or chat with live support.

 

Phone support for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start users is available on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM AEDT while Chat support is available on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM AEDT and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AEDT. For QuickBooks Advanced,  weekend support is offered from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEDT.
