Thanks for posting in the Community! You can create a Balance Forward statement which will show you your customer complete transaction transaction history. This statement type lists invoices and payments with outstanding balances for a specific date range.
Here's how:
Go to Get paid & pay and select Customers.
Find the customer on the list.
Select the New transaction menu, then select Statement.
From the Statement Type drop-down menu, select Balance Forward.
Enter the Statement Date, Start Date, and End Date.
Select Print or Preview, Save or Save and send.
You can view all the statements you've created for a specific customer by going to Statements tab (Get paid & pay> Customers> select a customer). Or you may run a Statement List report to view all statements you've created of all customers.
