We have ways of getting your account back, Pansitascleaning.

You mentioned an account. May I know what account you meant?

If you're referring to reactivating an inactive account in the Chart of Accounts (COA), follow these steps :

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab, then select the Chart of Accounts.
  2. Select the small Gear icon above the Action column and choose Include inactive.
  3. Click Make active next to the inactive account.

On the other hand, if you meant for a cancelled QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, please know that you only have a year of read-only access to your data. If you want to resubscribe, refer to this article: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks.

However, if the cancelled account exceeds one year, QuickBooks will permanently delete your data. You need to sign up for a new subscription.

If you mean something else, please let us know by replying to the thread.
