I'd like to welcome you first for posting here in the Community forum, @skeltonsbuilding.

The most possible reason for this is the dashboard's date filter being set to a period where no transactions have been recorded.

Therefore, let's start by verifying and adjusting your Date Range Filter.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Dashboard (the first screen you see after logging in).

2. Look for the dropdown filter, which is located near the top of the screen, just above the main chart.

3. Change the selection to This Year or a specific date range where you know you have transactions.

If the zero values persist after updating the date range, then we need to ensure the transactions have been properly recorded in your books. Let's check the Banking Feed to make sure transactions are categorized.

Here's how:

1. Go to the All apps menu on the left navigation bar, then select Bank Transactions.

2. Review the transactions in the For Review tab.

3. Any transactions that are still in this tab do not affect your Profit/Loss or Expense totals yet.

4. We must Add or Match these transactions to move them out of For Review and into your books, which will update your Dashboard widgets immediately.

Once you have categorized any new transactions, return to the Dashboard and refresh your browser.

I am happy to help with any other QuickBooks questions you have. If you have further questions, just leave a comment.
