Hello there. You can navigate to the Payroll settings to update a default super fund.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll settings.
  2. Choose Superannuation.
  3. From there, change the default liability account used for superannuation.

You can also use the Reassign super fund details tab to fix individual employee funds if necessary.

If you have processed a super batch with the wrong account, you can cancel it if the status is Awaiting Payment and it has not yet been paid. To do this, click on the batch and select Cancel.

Please ensure you wait about 10 minutes and check that the batch status has updated to Cancelled before creating a new batch.
