i need to be able to send my invoices in a pdf format only, not as a link to a pdf, if i export as pdf i can't close the job, can i send invoice as a pdf format?

Sending invoices directly to your customers in PDF format is currently unavailable. In the meantime, you can create a PDF outside of QuickBooks and then upload it to the Attachments box on your invoice before hitting Save and send.
