If a customer gives me a statement number can I look up that statement?

If a customer has provided you with a statement number, you can use the following steps to search for that statement:

1. Select the Search field at the top-right of your screen
2. Select the Advanced Search option
3. Change the transaction type to Statements
4. Change the search criteria to Statement No.
5. Search for the statement

This should allow you to search for the specific statement you were after.
