is Quickbooks having connection issue bank feed with CBA atm?

all my CBA clients having connection failed with QB. despite they have logged in and verify, issues do not get resolved

Hi there, Kyle. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Since the connection issues are affecting all your CBA clients, I recommend contacting the bank first to check if there is any ongoing maintenance or service disruption.

 

If no maintenance issues are reported by the bank, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support team for further assistance. They can check further and identify what might be causing the bank connection problem.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Account, then click the Help (?) button.
  2. Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Enter the issues you've encountered on the box, then click Continue.
  4. Select either Request a callback or start a live chat with an expert.

For now, let's manually upload the bank transactions into QuickBooks so that you can continue categorising them without delay.
