If you are seeing multiple instances of a single transaction, then I would like to suggest some steps to clear your browser data, if you are on a Windows browser. Please note, this will log you out of any websites you are logged into.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Del
Follow the prompts to clear your browser data
Try to review the transactions once again
If you try the troubleshooting steps and you still see multiple instances of the same transaction, please contact our support team:
In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
