Question

Since the update I've been unable to send invoices via the Android app due to the system changing the quantity to 0.909 & then giving me a tax code error. What's the fix?

Hi there, thomas20. I've got troubleshooting steps to help you with the automatic change of the invoice quantity when using the mobile app.

First off, may I know what the exact tax code error you encountered was when sending the invoice? In the meantime, I recommend clearing the app's data to refresh the system and eliminate outdated files that may be causing the issue.

Here's how:

  1. Open Settings on your Android device and select Apps or Apps & notifications.
  2. Locate and select QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  3. Tap Storage or Storage & Cache, then select Clear Data or Clear Storage.
  4. Confirm the action if prompted.

If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app for a fresh start. Alternatively, you can send an invoice by logging into your QuickBooks company through a mobile browser.
