Why has "unbilled income" been moved from the Customer Hub "Customers" tab to "Sales transactions" in the "Sales & Get Paid" section. It was more user friendly previously

Welcome to the community, Robp3. We understand the move of "Unbilled Income" may feel unfamiliar.

As part of the QuickBooks Online update, it was relocated to "Sales Transactions" to organize sales tasks in one place.

You can share your insight with our product engineers by submitting feedback in QBO.

Here's how:

1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Feedback.
2. Enter your product suggestion(s).
3. Select Next to submit the feature request.
