Hi there, Arazeh. The In-House Accountant role in QuickBooks Online (QBO) generally possesses the authority to reverse journal entries. Users with accounting level permissions, specifically the In-House Accountant, Company Admin, and Master Admin, can typically modify, delete, or reverse journal entries within their scope of access.

To confirm access, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open any existing journal entry.
  2. Select More from the footer menu at the bottom of the transaction screen.
  3. Verify if the Reverse or Delete options are visible and active.

For more information about deleting or reverting a journal entry, you can click on this article: Reverse or delete a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.
