Sometimes, cache-related issues can cause QuickBooks to load incorrectly. You can clear your browser's cache, cookies, and any temporary files that may have caused the malfunctions. Alternatively, you can also use other supported browsers to ensure QBO runs efficiently.

 

Once you receive their payments, you can record them in QuickBooks to ensure accuracy in your account.
