Thank you for visiting the Community. I appreciate you for sharing the detailed information of your concern. I'll ensure you're able to connect your bank in QuickBooks.
Since SBI updated their login, I suggest updating your online banking credentials in QuickBooks Online account. This way, the system can establish a new connection with your bank.
Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu. Then, choose the Banking tab.
Under Bank and Credit Cards, select your SBI Corporate bank account.
Select Edit ✎.
Click Edit sign-in info.
Manually enter your updated bank website username or user ID and password.
Choose Save and connect. QuickBooks Online will try to connect with your bank to verify your information.
Click I'm done, Let's go! once you see a confirmation message.
Additionally, I'd recommend reconciling your transactions every month. This way, you'll be able to make sure your account is matched with your real-life statements and detect any possible errors. For the step-by-step guide, kindly refer to this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. It also contains information about editing completed reconciliations.
Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
