We currently have an ongoing investigation about not being able to generate the GSTR9 report for FY 2019-2020. While we don't have an available workaround, It'd be best to reach out to our Customer Care Team. They can add your company information to the notification list. This way, you'll be notified once the issue is resolved so you can see the period.
Here's how:
In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > QB Assistant.
Type Talk to a human and select either Ask me a question or Contact Support Team.
