All banks that integrate with QuickBooks Online (QBO) can work seamlessly. To verify if you can connect the HDFC bank to QBO, please follow the steps below:
Sign in to your QBO account.
Click Banking from the left menu, then select Link account or Add account.
Search for HDFC bank from the field. If you can't find the bank, you can copy and paste the URL from your bank's website.
Enter the username and password, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Choose the bank account you want to connect, then select the matching account type from the drop-down menu.
Set how far back you want to download transactions.
After you successfully connect your HDFC bank account, QuickBooks will automatically download your bank transactions. Then, you can review the transactions and put them in the correct accounts by categorizing them.
