You have the option to connect with our Chat support via the Help menu. Let me show you how.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter a short description of your concern.
5. Click Chat Us or Email Us.

In addition, the options to reach out to our support will always depend on the description you entered. In most cases, you can choose between Chat Us or Email Us.

But please know that you can still post your concern while you're in the Community so that we may be able to resolve it for you.
