I have a client who purchases from Amazon and I want to download their purchase receipts direct into QuickBooks Accountant

    Hello there, Angela. To connect Amazon Business to your client's QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you can start by signing in to your client's QuickBooks as an administrator and navigating to the Amazon Business Purchases app page. Click Get app now and log in to your client's Amazon Business account using your primary administrator credentials when prompted.

     

    Next, you'll have to select an import start date. Please choose carefully, as this date cannot be changed later. If your client has already manually entered transactions for the current month, select a start date after those entries to avoid duplicates.

     

    Once you select Finish, the app will perform an initial import. Transactions will appear in the App transactions tab. From there, you'll have to review, categorize, and add them to move these entries into the QuickBooks register. Moving forward, the app will now automatically sync new transactions everyday.
