How can I add automatic upload on daily exchange rates from Oanda into my accounting?How to create grouping for type of revenue that I can after download in groups?

Hi there, Anastasia. To enable automatic daily exchange rate updates, you would need to contact Oanda to determine if their service is compatible with QuickBooks Online for automated updates. 

As a workaround, you can manually update your exchange rates in QuickBooks Online. Go to Gear icon > Currencies, select the currency you want to update, and click Edit Currencies Exchange. Then enter the daily rate from Oanda.

For grouping revenue types, create Income Accounts or Products/Services for each revenue category. Go to Gear icon > Chart of Accounts > New, choose Income as the account type, and name it according to the revenue group. When importing transactions, assign them to the appropriate account so they appear grouped in reports.
 

Once set up, your exchange rates and revenue will be accurately tracked, and downloaded transactions will appear grouped for easy reporting.
