How do I contact Quickbooks on email or give feedback?

I do not have time to sit on chat. Where can I contact Quickbooks per email. I also see the feedback button is not there anymore, so I don't have that option either. I need to email them and get feedback that way, because we had quite a lot of problems with quickbooks the last month.

    Currently, you can connect with us through the QuickBooks Community, live chat, or phone support. An email option is currently not available.

    1. Look at the top right corner of your QuickBooks Online screen and click the Gear icon (Settings).
    2. Under the Profile column, look for Feedback.

     

    Aside from that, you can also follow these alternative steps:

     

    1. Click the Help (?) icon in the top right.
    2. Go to the Assistant tab, type "Feedback", and follow the prompts.
