Although, if you're referring to your statement of account for your subscription, we send it to the master admin. You can check the email for the invoice. If you're the master admin and haven't received anything, check your Spam or Junk folders. If there are no emails, I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. This way, an agent will send you the invoice. Here's how:
Click Help in QuickBooks Online.
Select Contact Us.
Enter "Statement of Account for subscription" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
Click Start a chat.
