Hi there, Ang. I see you're running into a restricted access message. Typically, when an account is locked or features are grayed out in QuickBooks Online, it’s because your subscription status needs an update.

This usually happens if a recurring payment was declined, a card on file has expired, or a trial period has ended. To get back into your books and remove these restrictions, you’ll just need to verify your billing details.

Here is how to check and fix this right now:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online using a web browser.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Under the PROFILE column, select Subscriptions and Billing.
  4. If your status shows as "Canceled" or "Suspended," click Resubscribe or Edit next to your payment method to update your card info.

Once your payment details are saved, the system will automatically refresh, and you'll have full access to your account again.

If you originally subscribed via an iPhone or Android device, your billing is handled through the App Store or Google Play Store. You’ll need to manage your subscription in your phone's Subscription settings rather than through the QuickBooks website.
