I am trying to download PayPal connector by QuickBooks and it won't download, all i get is the dots

Yes, PayPal Connector by QuickBooks isn't available for QuickBooks Ireland users. You can search for PayPal Connector through any search engines but you can't install it to your QBO account.

If you search PayPal Connector by QuickBooks in the QuickBooks App Store Global region, you'll not be able to find it. However, you can still use other third-party app that has the same function with integrating your PayPal transactions into your QBO account.
