I cant receive the codes through phone. How I change that to email?

The option to change it to email is currently unavailable, as codes are sent to your phone by default. Since you're unable to receive the code, please ensure your phone is not blocking numbers 88811 or 97962, or check your text messages on your carrier's website.

 

If the login requires this code, you can use your email address instead of your username. This way, the code will be sent directly to your email address. Alternatively, you can click Forgot Password and select your email to receive the code. You can also use an authenticator app if you prefer not to receive the code via phone number.

 

However, if you are performing a task inside QuickBooks Online that requires a verification code, the only option is to receive it via the phone number associated with your account. To ensure you receive this, please verify that the phone number registered on your account is the same as the one you are using.
