You just need to simply click the Help icon within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me guide you on how:

1. Click the Help icon. 
2. From the Assistant section, type Talk to a human.
3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Banking. 
4. Click I still need a human and then, Get help from a human.
5. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
