I need to download three months of my transactions. However, the dates are all hidden on the document. Is there a way to get them to display?

If dates are missing from your downloaded PDF report, it is usually due to your report layout or filter settings. To fix this, you will need to adjust your view settings in QuickBooks Online and export the transactions to a spreadsheet.

Here’s how:
 

1. Navigate to All apps, then to Bank transactions.
2. Go to Chart of accounts.
3. Select an account.
4. Set the Date filter to your desired three-month period and ensure All Dates is selected.
5. Click the Export icon in the top right corner.
