Let me provide how it works, Nahuja-protatech.

You encounter that error message when you don't have access to a specific area in QuickBooks Online. Your Master or Company admin can help you change the access level.

Or, you can also provide these steps to change your user access:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Go to Manage Users.
  3. Find the user you want to change, then click Edit.
  4. Click the User type drop-down arrow, then select the user type.
  5. Click Save.

You can check this reference about user types and user permissions in QuickBooks Online for more information.

If you need anything else, we'll be here to keep helping. Take care!
