I know you need to get hold of someone from our phone support team. However, Community is a public forum and the ability to call is unavailable.
I'd suggest using the Start a chat feature from the Help menu. Our Support Team has access and tools unavailable to me in this public space.
Here's how you can reach them:
Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
Choose Contact Us.
Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box.
Click Let's talk.
Select Start a chat.
