Problem in entering journal legder

Did you encounter an error while entering a journal ledger in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so, can you tell me more about it? This will help me identify the cause so I can come up with a complete fix.

In the meantime, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix this behavior. Let's start by using a private browser or incognito when accessing your account. Since this type of browser doesn't store data in the cache, this makes it the best place for isolating browser issues.

You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts below:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, try creating the journal entry again. In case you need the steps on how to do it, you can refer below:

1. Go to the + New icon.
2. Select Journal Entry.
   
3. Fill out the fields to create your journal entry.
4. Select Save and new or Save and close.

If everything works fine, you can go back to regular browsing then clear the cache to refresh the system. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.
