Non emergency issue, the profile pictures on the QuickBooks time app all disappeared with no option to reenable

    Hi there, @bmalick. When you say there's no option to re-enable, is the setting greyed out or completely missing? Did you encounter any error messages? Any information would help me uncover what's causing the profile pictures to disappear.
     

    In the meantime, ensure camera permissions are granted for the device or browser you're using. Profile pictures in QuickBooks Time rely on these permissions through the Time Kiosk feature.
     

    For Android users, grant camera permission to QuickBooks Time Kiosk in your device settings. For iOs users, go to SettingsPrivacy & SecurityCamera and ensure QuickBooks Time Kiosk is toggled on.
     

    For web browsers, check your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari) to ensure the site has permission to access the camera.
     

    Once permissions are set, verify the requirement is active by going to Feature Add-onsTime Clock KioskEdit Kiosk and ensuring Require Photo on Clock In/Out is set to Yes. This should trigger the profile pictures to reappear during clock-in/out.
