Unique identity is not recognized. Help to enter customer details whether it may have same name while having rest of the information is different.

Let me share some information about entering your customer details in QuickBooks Online. The system will only allow you to save a customer's detail as long as you'll add one character that is different between the other customer and vendor.

As a workaround, you can add an indication so QuickBooks will think that they are two different entries. Please take a look at this example below:

• Customer1 - you add 1 at the end of the customer's name.
