Find the account you want to import the transactions into. Then, selectView register.
Locate the oldest recorded activity (usually the opening balance), then write down the date.
After that, download a CSV file of your 2023 transactions and review its format and size. Then, upload them to your QBO account. For a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to do this, check out these steps:
From theTransactions menu, selectBanktransactions.
Choose the tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
Click theLink accountdropdown, then selectUpload from file.
Select theDrag and drop or select files option and choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, hit Continue.
In theQuickBooks Account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into and click Continue.
Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then, Continue.
Select the transactions you would like to import and then hitContinue.
