Accessing more than six months worth of paystubs as an employee

You mentioned trying both your computer and phone. If you are using a web browser on your phone, that might be causing the issue.

To successfully view your older pay stubs, we highly recommend downloading the official QuickBooks Workforce mobile app. The app handles extended payroll history much more reliably than a mobile browser.
