Is anyone else having trouble with the app currently not loading any information?

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the unusual behavior you're experiencing with the QBO mobile app not loading any information, Jb123451.

Clearing the app's data to refresh the system and eliminate any outdated files that could be causing the issue. This process will free up storage space while keeping your documents and data intact.

For Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.

If the issue continues, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the application for a fresh start.

Alternatively, you can log in to your QBO account in any supported mobile web browser and perform the task that you need to finish in QuickBooks.

Yes we have been offline since Thursday. The initial problem was 'Access Denied' to the iSCSI drive hosting the company file. I added the user's name to explicit permissions for the drive and then quickbooks started giving 6000 series errors. I ran the Tool Hub tools and it ran for 30 hours and didn't finish. I then restored a backup of the Company File to the user's local desktop, and it too is throwing 6000 series errors. I strongly believe this is a bug with a windows update. I am currently running the Desktop File Doctor on the files on the user's Desktop.

Hey there, @WCIT

Welcome to the Community!

-6000 errors can happen on both local and network setups. This error usually has 3 or 4 more digits and a message that says you can't open your company file.

Review this guide to see the different 6000 errors and what the possible cause is for them: Fix error -6000 when opening a company file

We also recommend doing the two actions below to help fix these errors:
