Authorization code

For supported QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) versions, please reach out to our live support team for help with your installation. Our live representatives can then guide you through retrieving the validation or authorization code. 

Here's how you can reach them outside the QBDT application:

1. Visit this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/help/en-us/contact-us.
2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop from the dropdown menu and hit Continue.
3. Select the Edition and type in your concern. Then, click Continue.
4. If prompted, sign in to your Intuit account and select the associated account.
5. Enter other necessary details and then choose how you like to connect with us.

• Chat with us - Start a conversation.
• Have us call you - We'll save your spot in line and call you back.

Alternatively, if you're using an unsupported version, you can upgrade to QBDT Enterprise 2024 or migrate to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
