Can a staff member request a purchase order via text message instead of email?

While there isn’t a built-in option in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to request purchase orders (PO) via text message, you can use a third-party app that aligns with your needs, Daitken.

Here’s how:
 

1. In the upper right corner, navigate to the My Integrations icon.
2. Click Find integrations.
   
3. Enter keywords in the search bar to find an app that meets your needs.
