Hi there, @camorrissey.

 

Yes, QuickBooks Online (QBO) company files have their own customization settings. You can customize these settings in the Custom Form Style section.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Your Company section, Select Custom form styles.
  3. Click the New style dropdown.
  4. Choose which of the Invoice, Estimate, or Sales receipt you want to customize a template for.
  5. Use the Design section to personalize the form's appearance by adjusting the design elements.
  6. Utilize the Content tab to specify where you want changes applied on the Invoice, Estimate, or Sales Receipt.
  7. After that, click Done.

 

Once you've finished customizing one company, you can customize the other company.
