Hi, Borum. Previous years' 941 forms cannot be retrieved directly from QuickBooks unless they are in the Archived category. QuickBooks only allows access to payroll tax forms for the current or most recent year.

If you need earlier years' forms, you can:

• Check with the IRS directly for copies of 941 forms. However, please be informed that it is Blank forms only (not copies of filed returns).
• Review any backups or saved tax documents outside of QuickBooks.
