Welcome to the Community! Let's go through some steps together to link your card to QuickBooks Online. I'm also here to provide information on how you can request support if needed.

Connecting your bank or credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows your transactions to automatically flow into your QBO company for you to review and categorize. This helps you save time in updating your bank feeds.

If QBO doesn't recognize your financial institution, I recommend utilizing your bank's specific URL in connecting. In case the bank's URL doesn't work, I suggest requesting support for your bank. You can follow these steps to do so:

  1. On the left navigation panel, click on Transactions.
  2. On the Bank transactions tab, go to Link account.
  3. Search for your bank and scroll down until you can see the Still can't find your provider? button, and then click it.
  4. Complete the form.
  5. Press Request.

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions in QBO.

It's also beneficial to practice reconciling your accounts to make sure they match your bank statements. To assist you with this, we have a comprehensive guide that you may refer to: Reconcile workflow.

If you have any other banking concerns in QuickBooks, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'll be more than happy to assist you.
