Can't access weekly timesheets

Since yesterday when I try to open a weekly timesheet for time entry, Quickbooks takes me to "Something New Is Coming!", which appears to be directing me to an upgrade.  When I close or cancel that it takes me to my billing page.  I cannot get to weekly timesheets.  Anybody else??

 

I have a yearly subscription, set to auto-renew in May so subscription is still valid.  I do not use Quickbooks Time or Payroll but I do enter employee time for costing purposes.

 

Time entry is a core function of my job.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, @greensman. The message you encountered appears when QuickBooks is updating features or migrating your account. However, as an Advanced user, you already have full access to timesheets for job costing as part of your subscription.

 

Since the message is in a loop, I recommend contacting our QBO Live Support team directly. They can check your account and ensure that you’re able to create timesheets for costing purposes.

 

  1. Go to the Help icon, then select the Assistance tab.
  2. In the box provided, briefly describe your issue or type Contact Support.
  3. Choose either Chat or Callback for help.
