Can't find the reclassify tool

We are using QBO Advanced. I am not an Admin, but I have full access otherwise. The reclassify tool is not in the tools menu. We are an NFP. The only app we have that syncs to Quick Books is Bill.com.

Is there a reason I don't have Reclassify in the menu?
