I'm here to share some information about this.In sending invoices through a different email provider, you can download them in PDF format and manually send them via your preferred email service outside the program as a workaround.
Here's how you can download it:
Go toSalesand selectCustomers.
From theTransaction Listtab, find and select the invoice you want to download or print.
Click thePrint or Previewbutton, then selectPrint or Preview.
Select theDownloadicon.
Insert the file into your customer email address.
Alternatively, you can also select theSave and Share linkoption to copy the invoice link and send it through your email provider. This way, your customer can download, print, or pay their invoices instantly. You may refer to the image below:
