Question

cannot open QB desktop

I am unable to open QB.  It says it is taking a minute to update.  It's been 2 days of trying.  I cannot even get to the login page. 

Please advise

  2. Download the most recent version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub and save the file somewhere you can easily find it.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the installation is done, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
